Rental & Accommodation Rates
We offer three types of accommodation to host your wedding guests, each providing unparalleled comfort and privacy. A minimum of 3 days is required to book Balian Prana for weddings and/or the sisters villa.
Balian Prana
Our Main Villa and the more high end of the three stays. Ideal for the couple and close family members and where the wedding reception usually takes place. Sleeps 13 people. *Local tax not included in the price

Villa Belong
One of our sister villas. Villa Belong Is a newly furnished balinese house on the more simple side with a outdoor kitchen and small pool that sits right accros the road from Balian Prana. Sleeps 4 people. *Local tax not included in the price

Cliff House
One of our sister stays. Cliff House is a wooden javanese house perched on a hill top above the rice paddies with an open kitchen in between the rooms and a patio overlooking the sea and rice paddies. Sleeps 4 people. *Local tax not included in the price

Additional Fees
Event Fee
The event fee is a standard charge for hosting weddings or events at Balian Prana. It covers the use of our villa and surrounding areas for your special day, ensuring that you have all the space and amenities needed for an unforgettable celebration. *Local tax not included in the price

Banjar Fee
A fee of approximately 3M IDR (around $195 USD) applies for the Benjar ceremony. The Benjar is a traditional Balinese ceremony that requires specific preparations and offerings. This fee contributes to the community and is typically used to support the village and local customs.
IDR 3M
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be refunded after the event, subject to a check-out inspection of the villa’s inventory and any damages. It ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standards during your stay.

Event Guidelines
Curfew
To respect the surrounding village, our Benjar requires that no loud music be played after 11 PM. We ask that you kindly adhere to this curfew to maintain harmony with the community.
Capacity
Our event space can accommodate up to 60 guests for the wedding, and we can host up to 22 people on-site with accommodation in the villa and sister villas.
Wedding Planner
We also require the use of a wedding planner to manage event logistics, including lighting (with generator set), catering, and other event details.
