What is the check-in/check-out time at Balian Prana?
Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged depending on availability.
How do I make a reservation?
To reserve your stay, please fill in the reservation form on our website. If the dates are available, we will provide you with the payment details. A 30% downpayment is required to confirm the booking, with the full balance due 30 days before arrival.
Is there Wi-Fi at the villa?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available at Balian Prana.
Is Balian Prana family-friendly?
Yes, Balian Prana is family-friendly! We offer high chairs, 2 baby cribs, and a baby bath for your little ones.
Are pets allowed at Balian Prana?
Dogs are allowed, up to a maximum of 2. We have a dog residing at the villa, so please ensure your dogs are not aggressive towards other dogs or people.
What is Balian Prana's cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is strict. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival. If you cancel your booking before the 30 days before you are untitled to your deposit back. Cancellation beyond that point is none refundable.
What amenities are included at Balian Prana?
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, water bottles, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bathroom towels, and beach towels.
How far is the beach from Balian Prana?
Mejan Beach is a 5-minute downhill walk from Balian Prana. The beach is suitable for body surfing at the far left end where the current is weaker. Please do not venture above waist level in the sea.
Are airport transfers available?
Yes, airport transfers can be arranged for 700,000 IDR per ride (approximately $45 USD). Please request this service in advance.
What activities are available nearby?
There are plenty of activities, including hiking to hidden waterfalls, surfing, fishing, and turtle release programs. For more details, please visit our activities and attractions page.
What should I do if something gets damaged during my stay?
If anything gets damaged, please inform our house manager, Dwi, as soon as possible.
Is daily housekeeping provided?
Yes, we provide daily housekeeping with a basic room clean-up. If you’d like your clothes washed or ironed, additional fees apply. Please ask for the price list at the villa.
Is parking available at the villa?
Yes, parking is available on-site.
Can I rent a car or scooter?
Yes, you can rent a car or scooter through our house manager, Dwi, who can assist you with bookings for the duration of your stay.
Can I host an event at Balian Prana?
Yes, Balian Prana is available for weddings and events. We can host up to 60 people for an event, but we can accommodate up to 21 people on-site at Balian Prana and our sister villas next door. Special event fees apply. Please visit our wedding page for more details.
Do I need a car or scooter to get around?
Yes, if you plan to explore beyond the villa, a car or scooter is recommended. However, if you prefer to stay at the villa, you can walk to the beach or rice paddies for activities, or have food delivered.
Is there a restaurant on-site?
No, we don’t have a restaurant, but our staff prepares breakfast every morning, which is included in your stay. If you wish to have meals in-house other than breakfast, our staff can offer local cuisine made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Please request this service in advance, and at least 2 days before during your stay. Prices depend on the season’s menu and will be provided by our house manager. You can also have your food delivered from nearby restaurants. Note that these services are available only if you book the entire villa, not individual rooms.
